Creative Methods for Dream Interpretation

Our regular contact with the unconscious is through dreams and the symbols and images that emerge from our personal and collective unconscious. While it is often a challenge to make sense of our dreams, there are certain creative methods that can help one get closer to the meaning of a dream.

Participants will experience active imagination and symbol/image embellishment through sketching, mandala drawing and dialoguing with one's dream images. These creative methods for dream interpretation will assist you in getting closer to the meaning of your dreams.

Please bring a dream that can be shared in a group setting, a notebook, pen, pencil, 12" paper plate, drawing paper large enough to contain the 12" plate, oil pastels or crayons.

No previous art experience is required to participate.
